Pyramid is permanence. The engineering discipline that turns ambition into structure. It is also protection: of what is most valuable inside. For Pyramid-IO, that is people in housing.
IO is the operating principle: inputs determine outputs. When the inputs are engineered with precision; supply chain intelligence, design integration, manufacturability, regulatory clarity - the outputs are not left to chance.
The construction industry is entering a bold new era. We are building the integration capability to meet it.

Pyramid-IO is led by Johan Liebenberg. The work has been built up over more than two decades across the full UK residential spectrum; trade-level entry, across site, project and design management on some of the UK's flagship projects, and in consultancy advising institutional clients.
The conviction running through that experience is straightforward: when supply chain knowledge informs design, when manufacturability is engineered in early, and when the regulatory environment is defined from RIBA Stage 0 rather than caught up with later, residential delivery improves on every measure that matters: cost, programme, quality, assurance, and the home the resident walks into.
That conviction is organised into Pyramid-IO.
The Integrator Delivery Model is the delivery vehicle where the strategy recommends it and the client elects it. Not the front door. Not imposed. Where it is the right answer, the benefits are particular.
The party that produces the strategy is the party accountable through delivery. Continuity of intelligence, not a relay.
The cost basis established early is the basis on which the project is delivered. Less drift, less re-tender, less value-engineering at the wrong end.
Industrialised components designed-in, sequenced into the programme, and procured against pre-manufactured value targets that have already been pressure-tested.
Gateway, Golden Thread, and CDM accountabilities run on the same intelligence that produced the strategy. No relay between strategy and assurance.
Pyramid-IO is a Strategic Project Integration Partner. It is not a traditional main contractor. It is not a consultancy. It is not a technology vendor.
We do not provide the strategy and act as Principal Contractor on the same project, unless the strategy recommends the Integrator Delivery Model and the client instructs accordingly. The independence of the strategy is what makes it useful.
