002From your side of the table

One conversation, one plan, one set of accountabilities.

You engage one team. You receive one strategy. You retain procurement freedom and contractual control. What happens behind that point, supply chain knowledge, design discipline, regulatory work, converges before anything is committed.

Decisions taken at RIBA Stage 0–1 cost least and travel furthest.

003The shape of an engagement

From Integration Strategy to delivery: a single line, not a relay.

Phase 1. Diagnostic. A short qualification engagement to establish whether the project is a candidate for Integration Strategy.
Phase 2. Integration Strategy. The core engagement, producing the nine outputs that align the project. Concludes with a named route recommendation.

Phase 3. Delivery support. Stage gate assurance through RIBA Stages 2–5, and into full delivery where instructed under the Integrator Delivery Model.

The route is named. The choice is yours. The spine stays aligned.
